Saturday:

A bleeding building in Kwai Fong.

I volunteered for a tunnel site visit on a new MTR (Hong Kong train system) tunnel that will connect Tse Uk Tsuen, northern Hong Kong, to Shek Yam, southern Hong Kong. It is one of 8 tunnels being constructed to make transportation in HK more efficient. This one is a 7.65km segment. The above image is oriented to the north.

Looking south.

Sunday:

I returned to Lamma Island with two friends to go snorkeling. Unfortunately the winds were quite strong and the water was murky so snorkeling wasn't like the Bahamas. I was able to catch my 3rd fish here in HK and a day at the beach is nothing to complain about.
