My boss took me up to Victoria Peak today to give me a sense of perspective on the regional geology. Kinda difficult when everything seems to be concrete and iron. Luckily we went up on a nice clear, not so smoggy day.
I just moved into my apartment which is located to the south (directly right) of that stingray shaped building, known as the Hong Kong Convention Centre, in the center of the photo. I'll snap off a couple photos tomorrow to show how small my place is. You may also guess to what the first thing I purchased for my flat was. More photos and stories will be coming after I get settled in, which WILL be next week sometime.
